Road trip camping to, California and Arizona and Washington. Zipper on storage tent bag broke and the main pole ripped a whole in the middle of the pole positioning slot tube fabric. Also tent leaked when it rained. Amazon contacted the manufacturer and they were very concerned and helpful. They even replaced the tent and called to make sure I was satisfied. Even with the problems we had I was pleased with the way it looked and I bought an actual rainfly that hopefully will give me more insurance that I won’t have to try to sleep with a half wet sleeping bag. I will definitely suggest that new purchasers test the tent before major trips. We practiced setting it up but didn’t have time to take a small trip before embarking on our major trip of the summer. I’m looking forward to more camping trips with my suv tent.
