Her recipes are practical, tried and true, and mouth-wateringly enticing.I have yet to find a recipe in a Bonnie Scott cookbook that I and my family don't enjoy. Her suggestions are tasty, fast, and balanced both by appeal, taste, and time required to prepare. I have tried many of these recipes here at the house during our present COVID-19 shut-in and now can't decide what I would like best for camping. Summer is coming.
